Package Uploader
This is a package originally created by Yamanoi that allows the upload of zip archives to be unzipped right into the packages folder.
Download: package_uploader.zip
As an added bonus you also get a page to view and delete trash and temp files (old packages)

I got this to install but I get an error. specifically: No page could be found at this address.
